Matt’s spending Christmas break in Germany with his girlfriend Anna, so we had our first Christmas without him. We Skyped on Christmas Day when Aunt Elaine and Aunt Barb were over. Getting connected with eachother was somehow incredibly difficult, but after an hour or so of failing to make contact we got Matt and Anna on my laptop screen. We then had a chaotic Christmas Day chat where five family members in America attempted to converse somewhat simultaneously with two people in Germany. Frohe Weihnachten!
